Local Delivery - $5
If your address is within our local delivery radius, we will deliver to you. If you qualify for local delivery, you will be able to select this option at checkout. Our radius solely surrounds the downtown Toronto area & a few outer suburbs. We do local deliveries once a week, generally on Saturdays (this may differ depending on schedule and order quantities).


If your address does not fall within the local delivery parameters or you choose to have your order shipped via courier, it will be shipped through Canada Post. Your shipping fees will be generated directly through Canada Post shipping fees which will be calculated at check out.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Dexypaws with your receipt & order details. Please note that the confirmation email is not an acceptance, but a confirmation that your order has been received. All orders are subject to change based on availability.


Once you have received your order confirmation, one of our team members will begin processing your order. Our current processing time is 1-5 business days. Once your order has been processed you will receive another email outlining that your shipment has been processed. This email will contain your tracking information. 

 

Returns

What matters most to us at Dexypaws is that you & your furry friend are happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept a return on qualified items. You must return merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Any item being returned must be unworn and not damaged. Items must be returned with their original tags attached and original packaging.

The following items are not eligible to be returned:

  • Grooming Items
  • Treats
  • Gift Cards 

To complete a return, submit an email to info@dexypaws.com. Please provide the order email address & order number along with a detailed description of your return and we will be happy to discuss. Should the return be approved and reviewed by Dexypaws, please allow 2-5 business days so our team can process your return. Dexypaws will issue a refund to the original payment method & confirmation will be sent. 

Dexypaws has the right to reject any returned products that do not comply with the listed policy. Rejected items will be sent back to original shipping address not at our expense. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us at info@dexypaws.com.

If you wish to cancel your order, please ensure it’s done by the processing time. If you receive an email with your tracking number & email confirmation it will be too late to cancel.
